We provide services to members with HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Worker Comp and Cash.

HMO members - If you are being referred by your physican or specialist, please have them specify "Sunny Hills Prosthetics" on their referral request form to assure you will receive the quality care you deserve.

All others - Please bring in your prescription at time of visit or have it faxed to our office before your appointment.
